ذِكْرُ كِتْبَةِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ كِتَابَهُ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote a letter to the people of Yemen containing the obligations, traditions, and charities. He sent it with Amr ibn Hazm, and it was recited to the people of Yemen. This is a copy of it.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ بِكِتَابٍ فِيهِ الْفَرَائِضُ وَالسُّنَنُ وَالدِّيَاتُ وَبَعَثَ بِهِ مَعَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ فَقُرِئَتْ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ وَهَذِهِ نُسْخَتُهَا

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ wrote a letter to the people of Yemen containing the laws, traditions, and penalties, and sent it with Amr ibn Hazm, who mentioned the hadith in it and stated that nothing should touch the Quran except those who are pure.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ بِكِتَابٍ فِيهِ الْفَرَائِضُ وَالسُّنَنُ وَالدِّيَاتُ وَبَعَثَ بِهِ مَعَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَفِيهِ وَلَا يَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلَّا طَاهِرًا

[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote a letter to the people of Yemen containing matters related to obligations, religious practices, and fines, and he sent it with 'Amr ibn Hazm. He mentioned in it a hadith in which he said, 'The Quran should not be touched except by someone who is pure.' He sent it to others as well, and Allah knows best. It is also mentioned regarding Ibn 'Umar that he disliked for a menstruating woman to touch the mushaf (Quran)."

[AI] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ wrote a letter to the people of Yemen containing information about religious obligations, practices, and charity. He sent the letter with Amr ibn Hazm and in it, he mentioned that performing Umrah is the lesser pilgrimage compared to Hajj.

[AI] The Prophet wrote a letter to the people of Yemen containing information about inheritances, traditions, and compensation. He sent it with Amr ibn Hazm, who carried the letter alongside him. It was mentioned in the letter that a man may be killed by a woman.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ بِكِتَابٍ فِيهِ الْفَرَائِضُ وَالسُّنَنُ وَالدِّيَاتُ وَبَعَثَ بِهِ مَعَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ وَكَانَ فِيهِ وَأَنَّ الرَّجُلَ يُقْتَلُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ

[AI] "He wrote to the people of Yemen in a letter that included the laws of inheritance, the traditions, and the compensation. He sent it with Amr ibn Hazm who mentioned the hadith and in it, it was mentioned that the compensation for a life is a hundred camels. We have narrated from Umar, Ali, Abdullah, and Zaid ibn Thabit that they said the compensation for a life is a hundred camels."
